This policy explains how ELESSMELODY LTD uses cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, on our website, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, let a website save small pieces of information in your browser. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Your choice
When you first visit our website, we ask for your permission before using any cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your mind at any time using , which is also linked in the footer of every page. Non-essential technologies are not loaded until you have given consent.

Analytics
Analytics cookies would help us understand how visitors use our website, so that we can improve it. We do not currently use any analytics cookies. If we introduce them, they will only be activated after you have consented, and this policy will be updated to list them.
Advertising / Marketing
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel is only activated after you have accepted Marketing cookies. Without that consent it is not loaded and no information is sent to Meta. When it is active, Meta receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, when you start checkout and when you complete a purchase (order value, currency and the products ordered), your IP address and browser information.
If you have accepted Marketing cookies when you place an order, we also send Meta a confirmation of your purchase directly from our server once your payment is confirmed (Meta Conversions API). It contains your email address in hashed (pseudonymised) form, the order value, currency and products, and your IP address, browser information and Meta cookie identifiers, so that Meta can match the purchase to our ads. Without Marketing consent, none of this is sent to Meta. You can withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie Preferences.

4. Files loaded from third parties
To display our website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the files. We do not use them to set advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies and local storage. If you block strictly necessary storage, parts of our website — such as the cart and the order form — may not work properly.
